1. About WedoTap

WedoTap is an NFC-powered digital profile platform operated by PRINTSANDCRAFTSBYLAI SOUVENIR SHOP, a registered business in Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. By using WedoTap, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use WedoTap to:

  • Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
  • Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity.
  • Engage in spam, phishing, or any deceptive practices.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

WedoTap offers Free and Pro subscription plans. Pro plans are billed monthly or annually in Philippine Peso (₱), processed via Xendit. By purchasing a Pro plan, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method on the billing cycle selected.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer partial refunds for unused periods. Refund requests due to billing errors must be submitted within 7 days of the charge by contacting us at [email protected].

7. NFC Card Orders

Physical NFC card orders are processed separately. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is defective. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. WedoTap is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

8. Intellectual Property

The WedoTap platform, logo, and content created by us are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of all content you upload to your profile. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it on your public profile page.

9. Limitation of Liability

WedoTap is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Service Changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these terms — continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Rizal, Philippines.
