WedoTap is a digital NFC profile platform operated by PRINTSANDCRAFTSBYLAI SOUVENIR SHOP, a sole proprietorship registered in the Philippines, based in Cainta, Rizal. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to that entity.

We collect the following types of data:

  • Account data: email address and password (hashed) when you register.
  • Profile data: name, job title, bio, contact info, and social links you add to your page.
  • Usage data: page views, link clicks, and visitor country via our analytics system.
  • Payment data: billing information processed by Xendit — we do not store card numbers on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device info collected automatically during visits.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and operate your WedoTap profile and account.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To display analytics to you about your own profile's performance.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., email verification, invoice receipts).
  • To improve product features and fix technical issues.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate WedoTap:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Xendit — payment processing for Pro subscriptions and NFC card orders.
  • Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

5. Cookies

WedoTap uses essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to log in.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose data when required by Philippine law or to protect the rights and safety of users or the platform.

7. Data Security and Retention

We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and row-level security policies on our database. Data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
